Position Overview:

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to support our internal and external communication initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication between teams, clients, and partners. This is an on-site position, candidates must live in or near Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact between departments to ensure clear and accurate information flow.

• Coordinate internal communications, memos, and meeting materials to keep teams aligned.

• Support client communication efforts by preparing professional correspondence and documentation.

• Assist with event coordination, presentations, and company announcements.

• Maintain organized communication records and ensure all materials meet company standards.

• Collaborate with management to enhance communication strategies and improve team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC — local candidates only.
