Location: United States (Remote) Aversan Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a data entry clerk, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company by accurately and efficiently recording and organizing data. Your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring its accuracy for use by internal departments and clients.

Pay: $27.76 - $34.56 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering and updating data on various systems and databases accurately and efficiently

• Verifying the accuracy of completed work through data comparison and regular audits

• Ensuring all data is properly formatted and organized for easy retrieval and use

• Responding to data inquiries from other departments or external clients in a timely manner

• Collaborating with team members to identify potential data entry process improvements and implementing them

• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data at all times

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry

• Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies and procedures

• Performing regular backups to ensure data is saved and secured

• Troubleshooting any data entry issues and escalating them to the appropriate departments when necessary

• Conducting any additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years of experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

• Proficient typing skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software

• Familiarity with data confidentiality policies and data entry best practices

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask tasks effectively
