Days: Monday - Friday (Adjust occasionally as needed)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, Paid via W2 (paid on the books)

Start Date: 1/5/2026

A family in Linden, NC is seeking a highly organized executive housekeeper to oversee the daily operations and presentation of multiple homes. This role ensures the residences are impeccably maintained, fully provisioned, and always guest-ready. There is a dog in the home.

Main Work Duties:

  • Grocery Shopping & Stocking (Both Residences):
  • Keep both homes fully stocked with agreed-upon groceries, household, and pet supplies.
  • Complete weekly grocery runs with midweek top-ups as needed.
  • Organize and rotate pantry, fridge, freezer, and supplies.
  • Maintain a simple inventory system to anticipate needs.

Daily Laundry Management:

  • Run daily laundry with no backlog.
  • Wash, fold/hang, and put away clothing same day.
  • Rotate bedding and towels regularly.
  • Manage dry cleaning end-to-end.

House Cleaning & Daily Reset:

  • Maintain clean, clutter-free, guest-ready homes.
  • Clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and common areas.
  • Handle trash, recycling, and packaging disposal.
  • Complete end-of-day reset for calm mornings.

House & Pet Sitting During Travel:

  • Care for homes during travel (plants, mail, security, temperature)
  • Maintain Bentley’s routine and transport between homes as needed.
  • Execute travel readiness and return checklists.

Errands & Personal Support:

  • Handle errands efficiently and proactively.
  • Manage pickups, returns, and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and prioritize appropriately.

Cooking / Light Meal Prep:

  • Prepare simple, healthy meals.
  • Prep food ahead of busy periods or travel.
  • Leave kitchen clean and fully reset.

Home Organization & Systems:

  • Keep closets, pantry, storage, garage, and utility spaces organized.
  • Manage seasonal rotations (clothing, linens, décor)
  • Maintain a simple household operations guide.
  • Prevent clutter and maintain a calm visual environment.

Vendor & Service Coordination:

  • Schedule and oversee household service providers.
  • Be present for appointments and confirm quality of work.
  • Track maintenance needs and service schedules.

Light Household Administration:

  • Sort mail daily and flag important items.
  • Track deliveries, subscriptions, warranties, and returns.
  • Organize household records and coordinate calendars.

Guest & Family Readiness:

  • Prepare guest rooms before arrivals.
  • Provide light hosting support as needed.
  • Reset home after guests and keep properties drop-in ready.

Vehicle & Property Support:

  • Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and serviced.
  • Schedule car washes, detailing, and maintenance.
  • Check lake house regularly when unused (storm readiness, supplies, quick reset)

Required Qualities & Core Competencies:

  • Operates with ownership, pride, and consistency.
  • Calm, discreet, and mature; respectful of privacy and family routines.
  • Highly coachable and adapts quickly to preferences and feedback.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Remains composed and effective under pressure.
  • Clear, low-drama communicator who keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Comfortable working with pets, travel, and multi-property coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ solid years as an executive housekeeper.
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must have a valid US passport and must be able to travel when needed.
