Landscape Crew Leader
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will oversee and collaborate with a skilled crew to complete high-end residential and/or commercial landscape and irrigation installations. This is a full-time, year-round role that offers an exciting opportunity for growth within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise an installation crew of 2 to 6 team members, ensuring high-quality work and efficient project completion.
- Manage the installation of plantings, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscape features.
- Safely load and unload heavy equipment and materials from trucks/trailers for project tasks.
- Plan, organize, and gather necessary equipment and materials for daily installations.
- Complete daily field reports, timesheets, and maintain project schedules.
- Communicate and follow up with the supervisor regarding project progress and task completion.
- Enforce and maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Foster positive, professional communication with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and team members on-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in landscaping or construction settings.
- Strong background in commercial landscaping and irrigation installation.
- Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, including two-wire system installations.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (3+ years).
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
