Data Entry Technician
Overview of the Job:
We are looking for a Data Entry Technician to join our team that is efficient and meticulous. You will be in charge of inputting, updating, and managing data across multiple systems in this position. Our everyday operations and decision-making processes will be greatly aided by your precise data input and organizing abilities. Only candidates from the USA are eligible for this post.
Principal Duties:
Enter and update data into software systems and databases with accuracy.
Before entering data, be sure it is accurate and comprehensive.
To find errors or inconsistencies, audit entered data on a regular basis.
Help gather, arrange, and classify information from a variety of sources.
As required, create summaries and reports based on data analysis.
Answer questions on data entry and management procedures.
Work together as a team to guarantee data security and integrity.
Preserve a high degree of privacy when it comes to sensitive data.
Adopt best practices for data input procedures and make suggestions for enhancements as needed.
Proficiency:
Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
Knowledge of database management systems and data entry applications.
Strong precision and attention to detail.
Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities.
The capacity to function both individually and together.
Strong verbal and writing communication abilities.
Fundamental analytical abilities for precise data interpretation.
The ability to solve problems in order to resolve disparities in data.
Experience and Education:
An associate's degree or above is desired, although a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
It is very desired to have one to two years of prior experience in data entry or a similar position.
Possessing knowledge of data management technologies and CRM systems is advantageous.
It is advantageous to have administrative support or data entry training or certification.

The annual compensation for this role varies based on experience and credentials, ranging from $38,000 to $58,000.
