The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required.Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator (HRA), HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR roleExperience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentWorking knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent developmentStrong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not requiredExperience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plusAbout isolved isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
