NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team in Fayetteville. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented kitchen staff while ensuring high standards of culinary excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Notably, we prioritize work-life balance, as this role does not require late-night shifts.
As the Executive Kitchen Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and food quality. Your leadership will be essential in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, while also managing the daily activities of the kitchen team. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional growth and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards
- Develop and execute innovative menu items that align with current food trends
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost to maximize profitability
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation across all dishes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experiences
- Implement and maintain sanitation practices and health regulations
- Continuously evaluate kitchen processes for improvement and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
- Proven experience in menu planning and food cost management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
