- Perform all services and repairs outlined on the repair order efficiently and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Inspect brakes, tires, and other safety components to ensure vehicles are safe and functional.
- Complete general vehicle inspections and alignments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools, workbenches, and toolboxes are free of clutter.
- Previous experience in Quick Lane or Express Lube services is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
