We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Clipper (Production Associate) to join our manufacturing team in Lumberton, NC. This position plays a key role in the production and finishing of textile and packaging products, including burlap bags and similar materials. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Clipper Details:

• Temporary position
• $11.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Operate clipping and sealing equipment to close and finish products.
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.

Clipper Qualifications:

Required

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 10-25 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.

Preferred

• Experience operating production, sewing, or packaging equipment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
