Administrative Assistant

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and leadership
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and compliance
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
Monitor office supply levels and place orders to maintain inventory
Coordinate with vendors and IT support for office equipment, services, and maintenance
Perform track and trace functions to monitor workflows, shipments, or key processes
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required
35 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with track and trace processes is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
