Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year A bit about us: Project Managers are responsible for the full lifecycle of their projects, including bidding, negotiating, and overall project management. They work closely with key stakeholders such as company leadership, superintendents, project owners, architects, and engineers to ensure successful outcomes. Typically, a Project Manager oversees three to five projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from $1 million to $20 million. The annual portfolio expectation for this role is to manage a book of business totaling between $20 million and $35 million. We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager for our rapidly growing Construction company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial construction who is looking to apply their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in government public buildings, schools, fire houses construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from strategic planning and budgeting to quality control and risk management. Why join us?

- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including the selection of subcontractors, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of work.
- Estimate and prepare bids for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Oversee all site work, including monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and managing any changes or issues that arise.
- Perform budget analysis and tracking to ensure projects are completed within budget, identifying and mitigating any potential risks.
- Manage contracts, including negotiation with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and resolving any disputes or issues.
- Track and manage RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Perform take-offs, accurately estimating the quantity of materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
- Ensure project close out procedures are followed, including final inspections, punch lists, and final payments.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring all parties are kept informed of project status and any changes or issues.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
- A degree in construction management or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction management, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong budgeting skills, with experience in performing budget analysis and tracking.
- Experience in contract management, including negotiation and compliance.
- Knowledge of site work, including monitoring progress and managing changes or issues.
- Experience in bidding and construction services, with the ability to estimate and prepare competitive bids.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Experience in project close out procedures, including final inspections, punch lists, and final payments.
- Experience in performing take-offs, accurately estimating the quantity of materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
