We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Project Manager who thrives at keeping people in sync and bringing creative solutions to projects’ unique challenges. Join our collaborative Program team in Triangle Area of North Carolina (Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC) managing a large-scale K12 Capital Construction Program.
This exciting and engaging program will utilize your Project Management talents to design and construct crucially important schools which will educate the next generation of American students. At Jacobs, you’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as working directly with the project Contractors. As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the progress and technical performance of a project, contract management, project scope, schedule, and budget, change management, project governance, and successful turnover to the client. You’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You'll manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related issues, mentor emerging professionals, form long-term relationships with clients, and create alignment among teams.

Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
•5+ years' experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects (7+ years preferred)
• Ability to manage the multiple projects concurrently, display leadership and resolve critical issues pertinent to the project and client
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Prior experience with K-12 building construction or other public projects
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
Posted Salary Range: Minimum
110,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
125,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
