**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with established protocols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.
+ Support access control procedures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
+ Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and in a timely manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ CPR and First Aid are preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
