Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Shelby, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 8/11/2025
End Date: 11/8/2025
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM 7:00 AM | 4x12s, 48 hrs/week

Job Overview:
Sunbelt is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technologist for a high-volume facility in Shelby, NC. This position requires a tech with strong vascular experience and comfort in fast-paced acute care environments.

Facility Details:

• 241 licensed beds

• Level III Trauma Center

• Certified Chest Pain & Stroke Center

• Average 250300 imaging patients per day across all departments

• Siemens Sequoia and P2000 ultrasound systems

• EPIC EMR

• Radiology student presence possible

• Free onsite parking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent ultrasound experience (vascular required)

• ARDMS or ARRT (no specific anatomy credential required)

• BLS Certification

• No first-time travelers

• Fast learner, able to multitask under pressure

• NC state license not required

Additional Details:

• Weekend coverage required as needed

• Call generally not required

• Orientation: 1 day of modules, 2 days departmental

• Holiday Coverage: Must work 75% of holidays

• Scrubs: Black
