During the 13-week program, the trainee will be exposed to various warehouse positions and will begin to learn different functions in the warehouse that fit the individual's strengths and interests. At the end of the 13-week period, the associate will be placed into a role that aligns with business needs and the trainee strengths. Warehouse Laborer is to support efficient warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks including product labeling, inventory replenishment, order staging, and equipment operation.
