Trainer

The Trainer plays a key role in developing employee skills, improving performance, and supporting organizational growth. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with company goals.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Implementation of new training programs across several business units .
• Coordinate, provide and follow up training for employees following the company’s training process.
• Facilitate in measuring training effectiveness
• Coordinate training activities for new hires, cross training and training as a result of corrective actions.
• Actively coach the organization concerning training effectiveness with tools and reports.
• Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree is preferred.
• 2-3 yrs Experience working in manufacturing or logistics environment working in a training capacity.
• Experience of facilitating behavioral training in a diverse environment
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers-both internal and external.
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
