Associate Partner SAP IBM Consulting
Introduction
IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner specializing in SAP to join our team, focusing on Communications and Industrial markets. This role involves client engagement, lead generation, opportunity creation, and successful contract execution.
Your role and responsibilities
- Client Profiling & Lead Generation: Profile potential clients, leveraging SAP expertise to generate high‑value leads.
- Pipeline Development: Strategize and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting prospects into signed contracts.
- Solution Delivery: Collaborate with teams to design, deploy, and ensure top‑tier SAP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Revenue Targets: Exceed individual scorecard metrics focused on signings, revenue, and gross profit contributions.
- Partner Leverage: Utilize SAP partner programs to enhance service offerings and client value.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong ties with clients, internal stakeholders, and partner communities.
Required technical and professional expertise
Experience: Minimum 7 years in SAP consulting, preferably in a consulting or tech services context.
- Expertise: In-depth SAP knowledge, market trends, and partner ecosystem dynamics.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales, skilled in closing complex deals and managing large‑scale implementations.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, advancing IBM Consulting's SAP practice.
