Job Overview Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist II is an intermediate position requiring more advanced skills in accounts receivable management. This role includes overseeing collections, managing client accounts, and collaborating closely with the finance team on resolving escalated issues in a security industry setting.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):

  • Prepare, review, and send complex invoices to clients.
  • Process customer payments and manage outstanding balances.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients to expedite collections and resolve issues.
  • Support and implement process improvements for efficient billing.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for management.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $54,300-$89,500. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
