We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work independently in the field, promoting our temporary staffing services.
Duties
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside or territory sales role.
- Experience in the staffing industry a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on lead generation and upselling opportunities.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
