Position Overview

We are seeking a Select Demolition Worker with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career in the demolition industry. This role involves hands-on physical labor, equipment handling, and support of demolition operations at a variety of job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor tasks on demolition and job sites
• Signal equipment operators to guide movement of materials and machinery
• Measure and mark areas for demolition work
• Clean and prepare sites to eliminate hazards
• Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate power and hand tools (e.g., air hammers, tampers, mixers, hoists)
• Lubricate, clean, and maintain machinery and tools
• Set braces, dig trenches, erect scaffolding, and clear rubble and debris
• Control site traffic and ensure safety of work zones
• Assist other trades and craft workers as needed

Requirements

• Valid Real ID (star located in the upper right hand corner of ID/DL)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• 1+ years of demolition or construction experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in select demolition is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
