About the Role

A leading Food & Beverage manufacturer in the Southeast United States is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee high-volume manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and hourly associates in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Manage key performance indicators (OEE, yield, labor efficiency, downtime, and waste).
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to drive performance and reliability.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Maintain compliance with all GMP, FDA, and food safety standards .
• Foster a positive, high-engagement culture focused on accountability and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of direct managerial experience in Food, Beverage, or Consumer Goods Manufacturing .
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing 30+ production employees across multiple shifts.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, scheduling, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated success driving KPI improvement and employee engagement.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
