Easterseals PORT Health is on a mission to transform lives, and we want you to join our dynamic Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in the Mount Airy area! As a valued team member, you'll play a vital role in providing holistic services that empower patients to take control of their lives and thrive.

What You’ll Do:
As a Licensed Clinician on our OPT team, you'll be the driving force behind the well-being and success of our clients. Your clinical expertise and experience will shine in:

• Screening, assessment, and goal development.
• Delivering one-on-one and group sessions in our outpatient clinics and in the community.
• Recommending and coordinating supporting services.
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families.

How You’ll Benefit:

You’ll earn a competitive salary starting at $50,000- 60,000 based on your experience plus enjoy a Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-6:00pm; Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. This position is on-site. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team as a licensed clinician you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:

• Full or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT
• Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred
