We’re hiring Part-Time Sales Associates to join our team at our Tanger Outlets location in Asheville. If you’re passionate about delivering great customer service and working in a fun, team-first environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Consistently drive positive sales results and generate customer engagement and satisfaction with our portfolio of brands.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and shopability while overseeing the receipt and processing of incoming shipments.
• Process outgoing e-commerce orders with close attention to shipping standards.
• Demonstrate excellence in sales practices, ensuring products meet the needs of our guests while upselling and offering add-on sales options as appropriate.
• Create a welcoming and positive environment for teammates and guests at all times.
• Represent and model our brands in a positive and constructive manner.
• Exhibit positive teamwork behaviors at all times while maintaining professionalism on the mall premises.
• Maintain a safe environment for the team and all guests.
• Work professionally with all vendors, mall representatives, and corporate partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Friendly, professional communicator with a passion for helping people.
• Proven ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and climbing ladders.
• Bonus if you speak languages other than English.
