Finishing Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (06:00pm to 06:00am )

• This position follows a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule.
• Operate finishing machinery according to production schedules and specifications
• Load fabric rolls onto equipment and perform sewing or thermal seam splicing
• Set up machinery and adjust settings as needed for production efficiency
• Accurately document machine adjustments and production activity
• Complete production and downtime reports
• Package, label, and stage finished products for shipment or storage

Finishing Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing or production
• Ability to read and follow operational instructions and safety procedures
• Basic computer skills for production data entry
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to identify product defects and troubleshoot issues
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
