Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machines.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using tools like vRealize Operations or similar.
- Troubleshoot VMware-related issues including VM performance, host connectivity, and virtual networking.
- Perform regular health checks, maintenance tasks, and patch management for VMware environments.
- Respond to incidents and service requests related to virtualization platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills/Must have:
- VMWare vCenter, vSphere, ESXi
- Active Directory management - user creation, policy etc.
- 0365, Exchange, SharePoint
