Payroll Personnel / Patient Trust / Account Payable Clerk
We are currently accepting applications for a Payroll Clerk / Personnel Department Head within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well-done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families.

Requirements:
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable or healthcare admin required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency with computer systems and payroll software a plus.
Essential Job Functions
- We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our healthcare facility team in a multi-role position covering Payroll and Personnel.
- Processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assisting with employee inquiries and providing administrative support to department leaders.
- Initiate processing of invoices/accounts payables
- Maintaining and balancing patient trust account to ensure facility compliance
