1st Shift Production Supervisor

Tired of the 2nd shift grind? Lead a winning team in a stable, fabrication environment. We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team of 15 in our steel fabrication facility. This is a "player-coach" role where your expertise in steel and fabrication will drive quality, safety, and production efficiency. What You’ll Do:

• Lead: Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of 15 production and fabrication professionals.
• Optimize: Monitor workflow to ensure production targets are met without compromising quality.
• Safety First: Maintain a culture of safety, ensuring all OSHA and shop standards are strictly followed.
• Problem Solve: Use your background in steel/fabrication to troubleshoot production bottlenecks on the fly.

What You Bring:

• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Background in Steel or Metal Fabrication is highly preferred.
• Process Minded: Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication sequences to guide your team.
• Reliability: A "lead by example" work ethic with a focus on hitting daily output goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands the technical nuances of metal fabrication and can bridge the gap between production schedules and floor-level execution.
