GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences across ClubCar.com and our email marketing platforms. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including system administrators, vendors, and sales operations—to plan, build, and optimize seamless digital content and campaigns that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in web and email marketing execution. They are fluent in digital technologies and best practices, able to adapt processes, solve challenges, and drive results. This person excels at translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, campaign plans, and actionable roadmaps, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous optimization.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES1) Deliver a high-quality website with accurate and compliant content
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurately represented on the website.
Audit content to refresh/remove outdated information and flag needs for new content.
Ensure the website complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure all site and software licenses are active and proactively flag expirations.
Maintain a site calendar for upcoming changes (e.g., promo expirations, product launches).
Manage, test, and implement web projects, including upgrades and platform migrations.
Consistently monitor site links and promptly fix broken links.
2) Monitor and improve website traffic and visibility
Utilize Google Analytics and SEMrush to understand trends and customer journeys.
Optimize content structure and verbiage for SEO best practices.
Create strategies to increase website traffic in partnership with Digital Lead and Analytics teammates.
3) Deliver a positive user experience
Collaborate with creative services and marketing to ensure the site is visually appealing and functional.
Collaborate with developers and vendors to support site enhancements, bug fixes, and platform improvements.
Seek UX/UI improvements through structure and visual enhancements.
Build out images/graphics and copy within the CMS.
Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures for website and marketing operations.
4) Facilitate delivery of automated and promotional email marketing efforts.
Execute marketing email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Work with IT, creative services, and sales operations teams to support integration.
Coordinate email campaign deployment including segmentation, content uploads, testing, and scheduling.
Other duties as assigned to support overall marketing needs.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOBEducation:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication), Business Administration, Interactive Media, Web Development, or related field.
• Certifications in Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEMrush and/or SEO a plus, but not required
Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience as a website manager or comparable.
• Experience managing content in a headless Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Kontent.ai.
• Experience with email marketing and/or automated marketing platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of SEO principles and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

- Ability to work independently with in-person as well as remote managers and peers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and website updates simultaneously.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Process-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation capabilities.
