About the Role:
As a Service Manager , you’ll oversee Front of House operations , ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. From mentoring staff to managing costs and creating a vibrant atmosphere, your leadership will shape our restaurant’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily Front of House operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing, motivated team.
- Oversee liquor orders, control costs, and ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
- Foster an engaging atmosphere through themed events, contests, and incentives.
- Handle recruitment, conduct interviews, and develop staff schedules.
