We are seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in Paratransit Services. This role will lead operations, support supervisors and dispatchers, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain strong labor and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and service delivery.
- Monitor on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee supervisors, staffing, and employee relations.
- Lead safety initiatives and productivity improvements.
- Handle complaints, grievances, and union-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of operations or transportation management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; exposure to varying temperatures, machinery, and chemicals.
