Assembler Technician (Contract)

Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract Length: 1 Month (Must Commit to Full Project Completion)
Pay Rate: $15.00 -$18.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Short-Term Contract

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler Technician for a one-month project in Charlotte, North Carolina . This position involves hands-on assembly, testing, and maintenance of robotic systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to completing the full project duration is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and optimize robotic systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Operate production and diagnostic tools such as soldering irons, CNC machines, rotary tools, and multimeters.
• Perform quality checks and validate robotic functionality before deployment.
• Support robotic and drone service operations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with engineers to build and test prototypes or new designs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to commit to the full one-month project.
