Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination

• Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

• KSAs: Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.

• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.

• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions

• Works with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 1-3 year s of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience(or equivalent)
