Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the execution of short- and mid term marketing strategies for the U.S. Knee Osteoarthritis portfolio, with primary ownership of the HA brand’s promotional initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the execution of the annual strategic marketing plan for the HA portfolio in partnership with the Sr Director.
- Develop all promotional content and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
- Maintain an updated value proposition and customer journey for HA.
- Own the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process, including submission, routing, and approval of promotional materials.
- Create and deliver product education content for New Hire Training, national sales meetings, and sales team calls.
- Partner with Medical Education to develop relevant content that supports peer‑to‑peer learning and clinician engagement.
- Manage relationships and collaboration with marketing partners and external vendors to ensure successful program execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for field sales and cross‑functional teams, providing brand guidance and support for the HA business.
- Develop expertise in the HA market (customers, patients and competition). Regularly report out findings to the Sr Director and propose solutions.
- Develop and track performance metrics and report on trends and insights with solutions.
- Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ Medical Device Marketing and Sales Leadership or equivalent- Orthopedics or Sports Medicine is preferred
- Ability to travel domestically at minimum 25% of the time
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
- Strong focus on driving results and problem-solving
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Competent use of MS Office and other applications as required
