Customer Service Team Member

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the front counter, greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and care
- Accurately check in, tag, and process customer garments to ensure orders are handled correctly and efficiently
- Address customer questions and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations
- Contribute to the overall performance and success of the store by supporting team goals
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Compensation
Starting at $15.00 per hour
