Keffer Mazda is hiring experienced Sales Associates RIGHT NOW to handle a high-volume opportunity with one of the fastest-growing brands in the market.

• 25% Commission on Gross (NEW & USED)

• Up to $200 Mini

• Volume bonuses up to $3,000/month

• Gas & Demo Allowances up to $200/month

• Year-End Bonus: up to $20 per unit (Top Gun Award)

High performers (20+ units/month) are positioned for serious income

• 9-11.5 units → $550 bonus

• 12-14.5 units → $300 bonus

• 15–16.5 units → $1,000 bonus

• 17–20.5 units → $1,500 bonus

• 21–24.5 units → $2,000 bonus

• 25–29.5 units → $2,500 bonus

• 30+ units → $3,000 bonus

This is NOT a place to coast.

To qualify for bonuses:

• 90%+ Customer Satisfaction (NPS)

• Minimum 5 customer surveys/month

• Strong online reviews (Google, DealerRater, etc.)

• High engagement with Mazda connected services

Minimum performance standard: 10 units/month

• High-traffic store with strong inventory flow

• Mazda brand momentum + aggressive incentives

• Structured pay plan with no fluff, just production-based income

• Clear path to Senior & Master levels

• Supportive management + proven processes
