Urgent Care Physician Assistant
Physician Assistant – Full-Time Position – Garner Location
Join one of the region’s largest and most respected orthopaedic practices, dedicated to delivering exceptional musculoskeletal care. Raleigh Orthopaedic is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team at our Garner Urgent Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care for walk-in and scheduled patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays
- Diagnose and manage acute orthopaedic conditions and injuries
- Prescribe medications and medical devices as appropriate
- Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current Physician Assistant licensure in North Carolina
- Orthopaedic experience required
- Must be confident working independently in an outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
Location & Schedule:
- Full-time position based primarily at our Garner location
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Travel to other Triangle-area clinics may be required to meet patient demand and clinic coverage needs
