As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading field production activities, ensuring the successful completion of restoration projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industry
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
• Working on-call schedule required
• Certifications preferred: ASD, FSRT, WRT

Job Description:

• Monitor and inspect tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion
• Prepare and review documentation according to company policies
• Supervise techs and explain processes to customers
• Create estimates in Xactimate and adhere to industry standards
• Maintain quality control within project budgets
• Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and team members
• Contribute to the growth and prosperity of the company
