Packaging Operations Operator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform finished product packaging and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain quality, removing defective products and materials.
- Document manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
- Participate in safety audits, discussions, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Handle hazardous waste appropriately and abide by growing and contamination control requirements.
- Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment.
- Conduct and assist with inventory counting activities as needed.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good documentation practices.
- Familiarity with computers and general business software.
- Basic mathematical calculation skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to work static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.
