Position Description:

The Client Satisfaction Support Team members are the face of our company. Our technicians train, provide technical support, solve problems, conduct laboratory trials (in our in-house lab) and provide field repair and maintenance support for our clients. Our Service & Training Technicians are important to our company and we offer a generous compensation program.

We are looking for motivated people that work well independently and as part of our team. Your duties will include:

• Training clients to operate equipment
• Fielding technical support questions from clients and distributors
• Performing field service visits (repairs, maintenance)
• Conducting in-house:
  1. Client product tests
  2. Equipment demos
  3. Tests in support of equipment R&D and QA efforts

We are looking for proactive people who:

• Understand the importance of client engagement and satisfaction
• Understand the importance of standards and documentation to support our clients
• Understands the importance of working with internal departments to meet the goals of satisfying clients to the ultimate benefit of the company

Critical Skills and Experience:

• A two or four-year degree in a relevant field
• Aptitude in mechanical and electrical areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to travel without restrictions, domestic and international
• The ability to pass a background check
• Troubleshooting skills
• Computer Skills (MS applications, NetSuite, and other apps)

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• A two or four-year degree in science or engineering

• A background in food science, chemistry, biology, or mechanical sciences

• Experience in field service or laboratory work

• Experience working with beverage processing equipment (UHT, HTST)

• Familiarity with a CRMs or issue ticketing systems

• Foreign language proficiency, particularly in Spanish
