Our goal is to be the most desired agency for caregivers to work with. We have great incentives set up to retain the best caregivers. The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows.
We have an immediate need for a client receiving 24/7 care in the 27612 zip code for all shifts (9am-9pm, 9pm-9am)
Responsibilities
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:
Companionship
Light cooking and cleaning
Bathing, grooming and toileting
Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
Qualifications
CNA, HHA or PCA credentials
Exceptional communication skills
Experience working with clients/patients with dementia
Proof of current TB testing
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
Must be OK with a dog in the house
Benefits
Reliability Bonus - $100 Amazon gift card after 90 days from first shift if no missed shifts (must avg. minimum of 18 hours/week to be eligible)
