Motorcycle Technician - Road & Race Focus

Salary Range: 77,000-143,000 Our company is seeking an experienced, skilled, clean and professional motorcycle technician with several years of experience on Japanese and / or European motorcycles, who takes pride in their work. We are located in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. Experience in engine maintenance and building, suspension services, chassis maintenance, electronic diagnostics and wiring, carburetor service, tire changing, general maintenance and familiarity with professional-level tools and equipment are expected. Superbike Unlimited specializes in high-performance, often road racing-oriented motorcycles. We offer turn-key service for motorcycles of all kinds, ranging from engine building, chassis maintenance and service, suspension building and service and electronics installs or modification. We also offer standard services and maintenance for most modern motorcycles. We have an array of specialty tools and equipment, including a CNC, 3D Printers, machining equipment, a chassis dynamometer with load control and plethora of specialized equipment for different disciplines of motorsport. Our company additionally owns and operates a professional road racing program and provides high-level support to top programs in professional racing. Team members will have the option to travel and work some weekends trackside with our racing program. This is not required, but encouraged. Race technician experience is a plus, but not required. Our only pre-requisite is that you are a professional who is teachable and believes in a tidy, correct approach to mechanical work. We do not believe in cutting corners.
