We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team! Any individuals highly skilled in apartment maintenance should apply!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance and repairs during apartment turns
- Basic repairs of damage
- Paint and paint touch up on units
- Ensure all appliances are working properly
- Work closely with cleaning crews
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in maintenance, property maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team
- Dependable and reliable
