Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to a mixed patient population with no double booking or overlapped scheduling.
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-ups to assess and address patient needs.
• Focus on patient care without the need to perform insurance operations.
• Meet a productivity goal of 70%, with evaluations weighted based on complexity.
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for documentation and patient records.
• Work with an on-site manager for support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in evaluating and implementing care plans.
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic patient load.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records for efficient documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
