Some of your responsibilities include:

• Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
• Hiring, training, and motivating team members
• Cultivate a fun, hardworking team environment
• Community outreach and brand growth
• Ensure world-class product quality, inventory and store efficiency
• Establish sales goals and expectations
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Oversee staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

You will wear multiple hats in this role and should be a quick-thinking problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• 3+ years restaurant or fast-casual management experience
• Experience launching new store locations is a huge bonus
• Verifiable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Must be passionate about the restaurant industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences
• Will be responsible for 35+ employees/contract workers
• Strong computer and tech/apps/smartphone skills

Compensation:

Pay $14.00 and up

Paid time off
