Charlotte, NC | $95,000–$110,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a well-established, high-volume upscale restaurant in Charlotte. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a scratch kitchen and knows how to balance exceptional food, strong financial performance, and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all BOH operations, including culinary execution, staffing, training, scheduling, and sanitation
• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a strong culinary leadership team
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and overall kitchen profitability
• Oversee a high-volume scratch kitchen with a focus on fresh, quality-driven cuisine
• Partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
• Background in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine-dining restaurants
• Strong experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
• Proven knowledge of food cost, labor management, inventory, and P&L performance
• Excellent leadership, organization, and team-development skills
• Passion for scratch cooking and consistently delivering high-quality food

Compensation & Benefits

$95,000–$110,000 base salary , based on experience, plus bonus potential and a competitive benefits package.
