Production Supervisor
- Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (Experience in Corrugated/Packaging or Printing is a major plus).
- Technical Savvy: Comfort with ERP systems for tracking production and a solid understanding of heavy machinery.
- Leadership Style: You’re a "lead by example" manager. You aren't afraid to step onto the line when needed and you know how to motivate a diverse team.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written skills; ability to relay complex production goals to the team clearly.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred.

education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do As the Production Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our floor operations. You will oversee the daily manufacturing of corrugated products, ensuring we hit our targets without compromising safety or quality.
- Lead the Floor: Supervise and mentor a team of machine operators and production associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Drive Efficiency: Monitor production metrics (output, waste/scrap, and downtime) on key equipment like rotary die cutters and specialty gluers.
- Quality First: Ensure every order meets our ISO-9001-2015 standards and customer specifications before it hits the shipping dock.
- Safety Champion: Maintain a "Safety First" environment by conducting audits, enforcing PPE compliance, and leading daily "toolbox" safety talks.
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with the Production Manager to implement 5S and Lean initiatives to streamline our workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Problem Solve: Troubleshoot equipment issues alongside maintenance and manage shift handovers to ensure a seamless transition.
