You’ll:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food quality

• Train and coach back-of-house staff

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Maintain top food safety and sanitation standards

You bring:

• 2+ years kitchen management or supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and high-volume operations
