Job Duties:

You will be tasked with answering phone calls of potential customers, marketing our business in order to gain a wider customer base, and deal face to face with customers while showcasing our products. Use digital marketing and social media. You will be tasked with completing the sales from start to finish and that includes financing, contracts, and demo obligations. You will also be helping with managing inventory and keeping up to date with the changing inventory daily. Being a small family owned business, we cross-train across various parts of the business.

Job Requirements:

· Driver’s License

· High School Diploma

· Experience with Agriculture Equipment

· Minimum 2 Years Experience

· Experience with Financing

· Good with People and Self Motivated

· Background Check

· Drug Test

Preferred Requirements:

· College Degree

· Seasoned in Agricultural Sales

· Experience in Marketing

· Market Awareness of other Brands (John Deere, Kubota, Yanmar, etc.)

Pay:

Pay is based on Experience

We have been in business for over 40 years and have held numerous lines of tractors and farm equipment from Massey Ferguson to Kubota to LS to KIOTI etc. Currently we are a KIOTI, BAD BOY MOWER, IRONCRAFT, and VIPER dealer. We handle everything from Sales to Parts to Service and strive to give the best customer service possible. As we progress, we are growing in every aspect and are looking to add long term committed individuals to our already great team.
