Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager – Point of Sale will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for InVue in the mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) and tablet security solutions market across the United States.
In this role, the BDM will focus on both end-customer business development and channel partner development. The position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while simultaneously building and managing a strong network of channel partners and resellers. The successful candidate will also provide sales and technical support for POS to the broader Retail Solutions sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new end-customer accounts while simultaneously developing and expanding channel and reseller partnerships in the US.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, including IT, POS, Merchandising, Loss Prevention (LP), and Operations leaders.
• Collaborate with the management team to define and execute strategies for penetrating strategic market verticals and driving key customer initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth for the Point-of-Sale product line by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Support Sales Directors and Business Development Managers within Retail Solutions by providing sales and technical expertise.
• Identify, evaluate, and report on market trends, customer opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Coordinate technical training and product support for new launches and existing solutions.
• Work closely with customer service and product delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage pricing strategy and stock levels to support business objectives.
• Establish and own revenue forecasts and performance reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
• Contribute to channel partner network development, new product requirements, and identification of new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in product/solution sales and channel sales, with a strong track record of growing revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing global or regional partnerships with ISVs, ISOs, VARs, and other payment industry channels.
• Deep product knowledge and B2B sales experience in the mobile POS, payments, and retail industries.
• Sales experience in at least two of the following industries: retail, banking, hospitality, healthcare, education, or transportation.
• Proven ability to sell into large multi-location businesses (100+ sites).
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quota
• Strong skills in new account acquisition (hunter mentality), consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare accurate forecasts, and report performance effectively.
• Excellent understanding of strategic account planning, account management, and new business development.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and require minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet with partners and customers.
