**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented **Engineer II - Structural Engineer** to join our Charlotte, NC office in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have **extensive experience with Revit** and **4-8 years of overall structural engineering experience** . **Key Responsibilities**
+ **Structural Design:** Develop detailed structural designs for buildings, infrastructure, and other projects using Revit and other engineering tools.
+ **Modeling and Drafting:** Create and manage 3D models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
+ **Analysis and Calculations:** Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
+ **Documentation:** Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
+ **Code Compliance:** Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
+ **Project Management Support:** Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
+ **Experience:** 4-8 years of structural engineering experience.
+ **Revit Expertise:** Extensive experience with Revit, including modeling, drafting, and collaboration workflows.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) and AutoCAD.
+ **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and engineering principles.
+ **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
+ Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
+ Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
+ Experience with hybrid work environments and collaboration tools.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
